- It the policy of PT. Brahmana Karya to maintain a healthy and safe working environment. We are committed to conducting all operations safety to prevent damage to health or the environmental, injuries to persons, fire and damage to property. All reasonable safeguards will be taken.
- PT. Brahmana Karya has a strong, sustainable commitment to protect its employees and assets belonging to the company from unwanted losses. Every activity done by company is aimed at the achievement of value with no accident.
- While want to have safe equipment and processes, in full compliance with regulation, it is equally essential that we motivate our people to think, practice and feel a personal responsibility for health, safety and environment.
- We count on our people for vigilance motivation and enforcement of health, safety and environmental practices, They must be dedicated, especially alert to the importance of safe, healthy and environment friendly conditions and methods. Their performance in health, safety and environment will be measures with overall performance.
- Manager and Supervisor are responsible to comply with all the rules of the work safety and health and environment Management system and to communicate them to all the responsible crew members/employees.
- Manager and supervisor are responsible to develop the technical instructions, procedures, manuals and safe work standards.
- All crew members/employees must work by complying with all the provisions of the Work Safety and Health and Environment Management system and the provisions of law in the manners that can improve the prevention and control of loss as a requisite in performing of work.
- No job is so important that time cannot be taken to do it safely.
- Work will not be conducted without a pre-job risk assessment and a safety discussion appropiate to the level of risk.
- All persons will be trained and competent in the work they conduct.
- Personal Protective Equipment will be worn as per the risk assessment and minimum site requirements.
- The Excellent Work Safety can be achieved if the Health of workers are in good condition.
- To guarantee the physical and health of the employee they should have the proper Medical examination regularly.
- Every employee of PT. Brahmana Karya were prohibited from taking and using drugs which in the category of drugs against law to the place they work at any time.
- Every employee of PT. Brahmana Karya are prohibited from bringing and drinking liquor containing alcohol before working.
- Every employee of PT. Brahmana Karya who do not comply with rules should be given administrative sanctions.
- To control the employees who bring and use drugs or alcohol beverage, the company will conduct an examination of each employee and without notifying the employee.
- Every new employee enrollment, medical tests related to the drugs will be performed with other medical tests that required by the company.
